OBJECTIVE:

 
Knowing the basics priciples of immunotherapy and concepts associated with cell and gene therapy, as well as knowing how to apply the techniques for development of vaccines and therapeutic antibodies.


EXPECTED RESULTS (specific skills)
After completing this module, the student must show that it is able to:
1. master the key concepts associated with immunotherapy, gene therapy and cell therapy.
2. develop theoretical and practical skills on processes and strategies for the evaluation of experimental vaccines therapeutic antibodies.

METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING / LEARNING
Teaching of the course will be based on lectures, practical laboratory sessions and seminars

STUDENTS EVALUATION
The final assessment of this module will be based on the weighted average of the final exam, of the seminar presentations and  of the practical activities. The evaluation criteria of the module shall comply with the assessment regulations of HCPM.
